Hours of business

• Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00

Fees

•     A price list is available on request and subject to change without prior notice.

•     Quantum reserves the right to contract out to a competent laboratory any tests not done by Quantum  and charge a 

         handling fee in addition to the contracted laboratory’s fee.

•     Quantum reserves the right to request payment of fees in advance before work is commenced or results reported.

•     Quantum reserves the right to request a completed credit application with appropriate credit checks and references for

         clients wishing to make use of Quantum’s credit facilities.

•     All laboratory fees and services exclude VAT.

Payments

•     Settlement for approved corporate clients is 30 days from date of statement.

•     Private clients are required to settle in full on presentation of invoice.

•     Interest is charged on overdue accounts at 2.5% per month.

•     Failure to pay in full on due date incurs immediate forfeiture without prior notice, of all discounts/concessions granted for

•     Electronic payments must be confirmed by fax or Email.

•     Discharge of debt is only deemed effected when the client’s payment has been cleared by our bank.

Ethics & Confidentiality

•     All staff members are signatories to Quantum’s Business Ethics & Confidentiality undertaking.

•     All investigations undertaken, client information and test results are treated as strictly confidential.

•     No test results or client related information shall be disclosed to a third party unless written instructions authorising
  

        such disclosure is received from the client.

Liability

•     Quantum’s Conditions Of Business applies to all work undertaken and reports issued.

•     Compensation for laboratory error shall be limited to either the cost of the requested analysis or a repeat

Disclaimer

•     Whilst every care is exercised to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all work undertaken and reported upon, Quantum

         accepts no liability for loss, damage or litigation arising from the use or sale of the material examined.

•     Quantum accepts no liability for alteration to or misrepresentation of its laboratory findings or reports by the client or any

         third party to whom the client may give access to such information.

Intellectual Property Rights

•     All laboratory results and reports issued remain the property of Quantum until fully paid for.

•     No results or reports may be edited or reproduced in part without written permission from Quantum.

•     The Conditions Of Business as set out in this policy document are the intellectual property of Quantum Analytical Services
