Quantum employ qualified analysts and trained laboratory assistants. The qualification profile of the professional staff currently includes: B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry and Microbiology, NHD Analytical Chemistry, B.Tech.,  Certified HACC P practitioner (CSIR/Royal Institute of Public Health, UK) and  B.Soc.

Quantum is a registered member of Agri-Laboratory Association Of Southern Africa (AgriLASA).

Quantum's personnel are signatories to a Business Ethics & Confidentiality undertaking. All investigations undertaken, client information and test results are treated as strictly confidential. No test results or client related information are disclosed to a third party unless written instructions authorising such disclosure is received from the client
